X-Ethiopia PM, X-Eritrea EU Amb. agree on dialogue to realize border decision

During this year's Mo Ibrahim Governance Weekend held in Kigali, Rwanda, past weekend, Mo held a conversation event with, inter alia, Ethiopia's Former Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn who recently resigned as PM of the land. During the conversation, the festering border issue between Eritrea and Ethiopia was raised and some kind of agreement on the need for dialogue to realize the final and binding Eritrea, Ethiopia delimitation and demarcation boundary decision was reached between former Eritrea EU Ambassador, Andebrhan Welde Giorgis and Hailemariam Desalegn. The Ambassador stepped in because Eritrea tyrant's reps present in the hall who normally would have accepted the challenge simply demurred. More below:
