Eritrea, China sign 2m dollars aid agreement

Eritrea and China based on the existing relations and cooperation agreements today, 6 May, signed a 2m dollars worth of aid agreement.

The agreement states that the grant received from China will be used in the economic and technical sectors.

Dr Woldai Fitur, economic advisor of the Eritrean government and director of macro policy, signed on behalf of the Eritrean government and the Chinese ambassador to Eritrea, Mr Chen Zan Fu [phonetic], signed on behalf of his government.
