17 May 2008, Cairo (Egypt)-- The Prime Minister of Djibouti, Mohammed Diyalata, who arrived Saturday in Sharm el-Sheikh to participate in Sunday’s World Economic Forum, will hold talks with Egyptian officials and other leaders on various issues particularly the strained relations between his country and Eritrea.

A Djiboutian diplomatic source told APA that Prime minister Diyalata will hold talks with leaders of Egypt and other countries participating in the Forum on the border issue with Eritrea, in addition to discussing developments in the Horn of Africa region and bilateral relations.

The Foreign Affairs minister of Djibouti, Mahamoud Ali Youssouf, had visited Egypt last week where he participated in an urgent meeting of Arab foreign ministers in Cairo to discuss the tense situation in Lebanon and Sudan.
