The popular push
for constitutional governance in Eritrea (democracy) and the battle
against the tyranny that the people of Eritrea have been subjected to
by self-styled-president-for-life Isaias Afewarki is gaining
noticeable momentum: It has pervaded the largest
and most popular text, voice, and video chat community in Cyberspace:
Paltalk.
After
gathering in Paltalk rooms for quite a while for the sole purpose of
chatting and talking about the political and social situations in our
country Eritrea, Eritrean members of the Paltalk community have at
long last decided to snap out of merely talking the talk and start
acting upon it by walking the walk as well in matters tyranny and
constitutional governance in our country Eritrea.
To
that effect, members of the Eritrean Paltalk chat group known as
“Eritrea Dembe Demokrasi- Tsere Milki
Action Forum” (Camp Democracy- Anti-tyranny Action
Forum- English equivalent) went the necessary extra mile and
established themselves as a distinct CyberGroup, “Eritreans
For Constitutional Governance, CyberGroup [ECGCG]”
with the distinct mission of standing up against Afewarki's tyranny
on the one hand, and for democracy, justice, and Human Rights in our
country on the other hand, in words and deeds.
As
such, ECGCG is a task force, pressure group or advocacy group in
cyberspace in the nature of non-violent grassroots movement. ECGCG is not affiliated with any political organization or party but it is certainly of the people, by the people, and for the people. For
