KANSAS CITY - SNS -- The USDA's Commodity Credit
Corporation office here confirmed the purchase of 100,000 metric tons (MT) of
wheat for shipment to Eritrea.

The Kansas
City Commodity Office today announced the following COMMODITY PURCHASES AND
PORT ALLOCATIONS for export distribution. The commodity was purchased under
Announcement KCPG5, as amended, Invitation No. 781, dated August 10, 2005,
Title II, BEHT for delivery during the period September 1 December 31, 2005.
