"preparing" to attack country, President

Eritrea, Isayas
Aferwerki, criticized the international community and UNSC for failure to
enforce the boundary commission's ruling on border dispute with Ethiopia and
accused the US for being the "principal architect of the
obstruction". President Isayas said the Ethiopian government was preparing
for a "massive" military campaign against Eritrea, but warned Eritrea
had "no apprehension in confronting what may unfold". The president
was addressing the nation during the country's 14th independence anniversary
celebrations in Asmara.
