Tyrant: Do It May Way, It’s The Only Right Way!

 Eritrea
tyrant Isias Afewarki:Do it my way, it is the only right way, every
thing else is wayward! Get that!
Via
a press
statement issued
yesterday, Eritrea tyrant Isias Afewark is once again commanding the
international community to do it his way for it is the only right
way, every thing else is willful or in tyrant Afewarki's words
'wayward'!
Speaking
of the term 'wayward', as a matter of fact, it is the right word for
tyrant Afewarki's manifest and persistent attempts trying to have it
and do it his way and only his way? Be it democracy, elections,
justice, rule of law, human rights, free press, political opposition,
there is only one right definition: It is Afewark's definition, his
is the right definition and understanding while the rest of humanity
is wrong! Nothing could be more wayward than that?
Now,
how often have you heard that? Quit counting, it is endless because
the tyrant is not going to cease saying
and doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different
result until
some one instills in his brain that such attempts are the perfect
definition of insanity!
Case
in point is Somalia. In this regard, tyrant Afewarki is at odds with
regional, continental, international organizations and major
powerhouses because by Afewark's own admission he is“not
falling in line with the international consensus”, which
consensus Afewarki trashes as nothing more than an 'international
conspiracy to get him'!
Afewarki
counters his non-conformance with the rest of the
world by claiming “his right to
hold an independent position, even if a dissenting one.”
Yet, Afewarki dismisses the right of the rest of
the world to hold an independent position, even if it dissents from
his position as 'wayward' and blasts those that hold position
different than his “..as a tool
for external forces, western spy networks and agents of
neo-colonialism.”
Somalia
is not a case limited to Eritrea tyrant. It is first and foremost a
regional case, to say the least. And conventional wisdom has it,
rightly so, that regional problems mandate regional solutions. Hence,
the solution to a regional problem cannot be dictated by Eritrea
tyrant's “independent position” or any one member state
for that matter, regardless of how sound and persuasive such position
might be. No sane person needs to be lectured on conventional wisdom,
apologize, but in the face of tyrannical insanity that has enfolded
our country, I felt compelled to re-state the obvious just as a
humble reminder.
Nothing
wrong with holding an independent position even if dissenting. But
tyrant Afewarki didn't leave it at that. He followed it up with loud
and clear words, and tangible and visible deeds.
Generally,
if people like tyrant Afewarki think and are firmly convinced their
position regarding Somalia is the only right way but the rest of the
world is not buying it, there is good reason for that. In such a
case, the solution is to talk it out with the rest of the world, a
modus operandi which is not in Afewarki's genes. Instead, true to his
tyrannical genes, Afewarki is trying to dictate his position by
creating havoc and sabotaging the position of others, which position
they are equally entitled to hold. Consequently, the international
community is about to come down on tyrant Afewarki like a ton of
bricks! Afewarki is feeling it too as evidenced by a letter he
recently wrote to president Obama “expressing the desire to
engage on these issues...", which letter also saved him from
being labeled sponsor of terrorism by the US Congress at the last
minute! Talk about the threat of possible UN sanction and sponsor of
terrorism label forcing a tyrant to his knees! Yes, tyrant Afewarki
now wants to talk!
Now
back to the statement:
“In
a move full of irony, and, by misappropriating the names of the
African Union and IGAD, countries hostile to Eritrea, on issues that
have nothing to do with Somalia, are trying to use the Somali
fig-leaf to persuade the UN Security Council to impose sanctions on
Eritrea. They have strategized to demand maximum sanctions in the
hope that they can exact at least some measures from the Security
Council.” So claims tyrant
Afewarki. If some one were misappropriating the AU and IGAD names,
shouldn't those organizations be at the forefront protesting that? Like putting
out a disclaimer? Is the UN so dumb not to discover that? Afewarki,
only smart guy on earth!
“..indulgence
of some permanent members of the Security Council.”
Oh, yea, CIA is out to get Afewarki!
One
more thing besides his tyrannical 'my way or the highway' insane mo,
Eritrea tyrant Afewarki is afflicted with the 'whataboutery'
syndrome! Say something about Afewarki, the automated immediate
response is what about the folks south of the border?Trying to
lecture an arrant tyrant that two wrongs do not add up to one right
or pointing to the wrongs of others' is no excuse for own wrongs has
proven futile. Only cure: Intel 'smart brain chip' implant,
clinically tested and guaranteed to yield the desired cerebral
sanity!
