Canada arrests Eritrea tyrant's 2% expat extortion tax, it's final!

Via a diplomatic statement, Candad on Monday, 14 July 2014, delivered Eritrea tyrant Isas Afareki in no uncertain terms what it called 'final straw' warning : It's final & binding, "No more expat 2% extortion tax collection/soliciting, try it again, you're outta here without you even knowing it", Canada's National Post reported, (read below).
Eritrea tyrant has apparently bowed to Canada's demands, yet as they say, old habits die hard and Eritrea tyrant is always going to find a way around it. Hence Canada needs to scrap the center of Eritrea tyrant's criminal activity, 'the eritrean consulate', if it really means what it says?
