Eritrea Tyrant's Annual UN Sanction Nightmare: Remains Non-Compliant!

This is about the time the UN Somalia Eritrea Monitoring Group, aka SEMG, submits its report to the UN Security Council for the purposes of assessing compliance with pertinent UN Sanctions. This report is more about Eritrea Tyrant, Isas Afareki's compliance with now 5th year of UN sanctions that the tyrant has been hit with in year 2009. And as expected, the verdict is: Remains , read report belowa, NON-COMPLIANT!
As to evidence or no evidence blabber of Eritrea tyrant's lackeys the report is clear:
"The Monitoring Group has found no evidence of Eritrean support to Al-Shabaab during the course of its present mandate. The Monitoring Group does not, however, rule out the possibility that Eritrea may be providing some assistance to elements within Al-Shabaab without detection"!
