EU Lists Human Rights Abuses, e.g. Eritrea Tyrant, Root Cause Of Migration

In a briefing to the UN Security Council yesterday, 11 May 2015, EU's high representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Morgherini, told members in no uncetain terms that Human Rights Abuses/violation, e.g. Eritrea tyrant, is root cause of migration that needs to be tackled among the other root causes like war and poverty/economic hardships in order to save Eritreans fleeing tyranny and perishing in the Mediterranean Sea in multiples of hundreds and to curb exodus of Eritreans.
In Eritrea, economic hardships are direct effects of Eritrea tyrant's blatant and overt abuses and violations of Human and Human rights without any ifs and buts!
Eritrea is not a poor country! Don't take it from me! For example read just published Mining article below! Eritrea has been blessed with its envious land and marine resouces including its equally envious geographic location bestowed with two again equally envious Sea Ports located close to the southern and northern ends of the Red Sea. Hence, the root cause of all evils in Eritrea is not poverty but tyranny.
Eritrea is the only country on planet earth without a national constitution/rule of law, no parliament, or elections ever . By the tyrant's own admission, he calls such a country without constitution a gangland! Yes, Eritrea is a Gangland led by the top gang Eritrea tyrant Esas Afareqi.
Therefore, Eritreans are in the FIRST PLACE victims of and are fleeing blatant Human Rights abuses and violations not economic migrants per se.
