Eritrea: HRC draft Res extending term of SR, Inquiry Commission with broader mandate

Below is the draft resolution that exends the terms of the Special Rapporteur and that of the Commission of Inquiry on human rights in Eritrea for one more year with much broader mandate including referring Eritrea tyrant, Esyas Afareqi, to the ICC for crimes against humanity. Voting is mere procedural!
