Geneva/UN: Eritrea tyrant rejects call for rule of law, pleads for more yrs of Rule by Fear!

In a nutshell, the essence of UNHRC Resolution A/HRC/29/L.23, aka Resolution L23, adopted unanimously on 2 July 2015 is a call for the Rule of Law and an end to Rule by Fear in Eritrea.
But Eritrea tyrant is nowhere near or about ending but perpetuating Rule by Fear for more years to come! To that effect, Eritrea tyrant rejected this call for rule of law and pleaded with the Human Rights Council for 4 more years of Rule by Fear unabashedly!
The tyrant made similar pleas in China 10 days ago, Vienna, Austria at the Kreisky Forum in April of this year to perpetuate his rule by fear for up to 5 years! Eritrea tyrant's rejection of rule of law is understandable for it means his demise, which demise will come only over the tyrant's dead body!
Now, the ball is in the court of the International Community: By rejecting Rule of Law, Eritrea tyrant is daring the rest of the world to make a move be it what it may!
