Speaking at the ongoing UN General Assembly 70th Session yesterday, 30 September 2015, President Ismael Omer Guelleh of Djibouti explained to the General Assembly what makes Eritrea tyrant Isas Afareqi danger to peace and security in the region in particular and the International Community as a whole!
