Rights Council extends mandate of SR, repeats call to send Eritrea tyrant to ICC

Geneva, Switzerland-The 35th Session of the UN Human Rights Council today adopted a resolution without a vote again extending the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on Human Rights in Eritrea and reiterated its call to send Eritrea tyrant et al to the ICC(without calling it by name!) for crimes against humanity by requesting the Chairman of the UN General assembly to submit the resolution and the Report of the UN-mandated Commission of Inquiry to all relevant organs of the UN, Security Council is certainly one such relevant organ of the UN?
