Eritrea tyrant Afewarki keeps over 20 well-fed cats while telling the nation to eat less!

2 March 2009(EritreaDaily)-- Surprise, surprise! Eritrea tyrant Isias Afewarki maintains over 20 cats and kittens in his residence, chief of Afawarki's personal security and longtime associate Mr. Girmatsiona Baire Zere, who recently defected to neighboring country, told radio Wagahta (in Tigrigna language) in an interview that was recorded and broadcast via the Internet.

Eritrea tyrant makes sure and sees to it regularly that his over 20 cats and kittens are well-fed, disclosed Girmatsion. This is in stark contrast to what Afewark told the people of Eritrea when he was confronted with serious food shortages the nation is facing. At the time Afewarki told the nation “ the people are pampered they should eat less”. He even lectured the nation on daily caloric intakes that is necessary to survive! Afawarkis pets are not restricted by such fanciful caloric calculations, though. They are fed witih best meat in town in abundance, submitted Mr. Girmatsion further.

In his interview, Mr. Girmatsion charged tyrant afawarki with the mysterious deaths of the late Ali Said Abdalla, ex foreign minister, singer Abraham Afewerki, young businessman Fikre Andemariam, OMO manufacturer Mohammed Hagos and more.
